HeyNeighborChat is actively moderated. Moderators and administrators may:

  • Suspend or ban accounts
  • Restrict platform access
  • Investigate abuse reports

Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion to protect community safety and platform integrity. We are not obligated to provide warnings before moderation actions occur.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service.

By posting content, you grant HeyNeighborChat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, reproduce, moderate, process, and distribute that content solely for operation and improvement of the Service.

You represent that:

We are not responsible for user-generated content.

7. Reporting Abuse

The HeyNeighborChat name, branding, logos, interface designs, and platform assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit platform materials without written permission.
